Summary of the role
You will be providing a high level of technical/product expertise and apply proactive and specialist solutions to solve customer issues and increase technical revenue with both internal and external brands. You will also give great customer service in all areas of the store as needed to support your colleagues to deliver store profit targets.
What will I be doing?

Meet and greet every customer.

Processing customer sales and account transactions.
- Providing a high level of technical advice and product expertise to customers.

Organising and prioritising customer jobs to ensure completion in a timely manner.

Processing database changes to record and update customer records.

Achieving individual service targets by maximising all selling opportunities.

Adding value by offering customers attachments of service and products.
- Providing support in other areas of the store whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring that your training and product knowledge is kept up to date with new procedures and technologies.
